Local CLEP test center appointment and fee policy
This policy covers your appointment at our test center and our local administration fee only. College Board's CLEP exam registration, fees and refund rules are separate and are managed in My CLEP.

What this appointment is
This booking reserves a seat at our CLEP test center and pays our local test center administration fee only.
Your CLEP exam is registered and paid for separately with College Board in My CLEP. Booking with us does not register you for an exam, and naming our center on your ticket does not reserve a seat.
We do not promise college credit or a passing score.
Local administration fee
The fee is charged when you confirm your appointment. College Board's exam fee is never included in our charge.
A sponsor or voucher that paid for your exam does not automatically cover our local fee. Military (DANTES) funding is reviewed by staff before you are charged.
Cancelling
Cancel at least 48 hours before your arrival time for a full refund of the local fee, returned to your original payment method.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival are not refunded.
Cancelling with us does not cancel or refund your College Board exam registration. College Board's own refund rules apply to the exam.
Rescheduling
You can move your appointment yourself up to 24 hours before arrival, up to 2 times, at no charge, as long as the new date is within your ticket's valid dates.
After that, contact us and we will help if we can.
Arrival, ID and no-shows
Arrive at the time shown in your confirmation. Bring your CLEP registration ticket and an original, current, government-issued photo ID with your signature whose name matches your registration.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, or without acceptable ID, staff may be unable to admit you. Missed appointments are not refunded.
If we must close or cannot run your exam, we will offer a new time or a full refund of the local fee.
Your information
We collect only what we need to schedule you: your name as printed on your ticket, contact details, your exam, ticket ID and dates, and answers that help us route special cases.
We do not collect your date of birth, ID images or numbers, Social Security number or medical details online. Testing arrangements are discussed privately with authorized staff.
Your ticket ID is stored encrypted and is never put in emails or calendar entries.
